With a total of four sessions, there were many options of workshops to attend; from robotics to rhetorical essay writing to Google Classroom to physical education to integrating arts into the classroom and many more!
Chief Academic Officer Michelle Hurst-Crumpton expressed her excitement and appreciation for all teachers who both presented and attended the event. "It is important for teachers to have the opportunity to share with their colleagues about new, fun, and innovative techniques to better teach their students."
The symposium closed with an award ceremony, which honored teachers that had the highest student growth in their classroom.
MPS has a team of outstanding teachers that have a passion for teaching the next generation of leaders and we are glad they're on our team!

Our amazing academic team planned and executed MPS’ first Practitioners' Symposium! Teachers, school administrators, and the MPS home office team all attended the symposium held at MSA-8 Bell. Various teachers from all MSA schools presented practices that they use in their classroom that have resulted in improvement in their students' growth.With a total of four sessions, there were many options of workshops to attend; from robotics to rhetorical essay writing to Google Classroom to physical education to integrating arts into the classroom and many more!
