UPDATE- Morgan Hill Case Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

There has been an update to the California Department of Education/Morgan Hill parent association case. Due to a large number of objections regarding sharing student data, the U.S. District court judge ordered the California Department of Education to retain and not share student data.

There has been an update to the California Department of Education/Morgan Hill parent association case. Due to a large number of objections regarding sharing student data, the U.S. District court judge ordered the California Department of Education to retain and not share student data.

So, how does this affect you?

Because of the objections your data will no longer be shared.
