Girls Who Lead

On March 18th, MSA-8 Bell was full of young women during the annual Girls Leadership Advocacy Mentoring (GLAM) workshop. GLAM empowers young women to advocate for themselves and others while making positive life choices so they can become the leaders we all know they can be!

On March 18th, MSA-8 Bell was full of young women during the annual Girls Leadership Advocacy Mentoring (GLAM) workshop. GLAM empowers young women to advocate for themselves and others while making positive life choices so they can become the leaders we all know they can be!

This year MSA-8 hosted over sixty participants ranging from students in grades 6th-12th. Our presenters had the special opportunity and privilege of speaking with two separate groups of girls, approximately 6-10 students in each group. During that time, they shared their stories and what they hope to achieve. Social and academic development are key in building up our students and by providing these opportunities MSA-8 has been able to see its girl’s flourish and reach their academic potential.

A big thank you for all who presented and joined MSA-8 during the event! Thank you for instilling potential in the future women leaders of tomorrow.
