Fiorella Del Carpio leads Magnolia Public Schools' vision and strategy for people, talent, culture, and equity, centering students, families, and communities in her work. Under her leadership, Magnolia is transitioning from a traditional Human Resources model to a comprehensive Total People Strategy. Fiorella brings a decade of leadership experience, with eight years focused on Human Capital. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of Human Capital at the California Charter Schools Association, where she oversaw HR policies, programs, and procedures, while spearheading initiatives related to company culture, talent, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her dedication to social justice began during her time as a community liaison at Crystal Stairs, advocating for early education. Originally from Peru, Fiorella has lived in Los Angeles County since immigrating to the United States. She is a first-generation college graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles. Fiorella is a proud mother who enjoys playing Uno with her kids and coloring/doodling as well with them. In her free time, she can often be found on the soccer field.
