Fiorella Del Carpio leads Magnolia's vision and strategy for all people, talent, culture, and equity work across MPS by including and holding people, students and their families and communities at the center of the work. Fiorella's leadership is supporting Magnolia's shift from a Human Resource approach to a Total People Strategy.
Fiorella joins our team with ten years of leadership experience and eight of them focused on Human Capital. Her most recent role was the Managing Director, Human Capital with the California Charter Schools Association, where she was responsible for the human capital strategies of the organization with regard to HR policies, programs, & procedures. In addition, she led key initiatives related to company culture, talent, diversity, equity, & inclusion. Her commitment to social justice began with her community liaison roles within Crystal Stairs where her advocacy efforts focused on early education for kids. Fiorella was born in Peru and has resided in the county of Los Angeles since she immigrated to the states. She is a first-generation college graduate from California State University, Los Angeles where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics. Fiorella is a proud mom that is constantly building and picking up Legos and enjoys tea parties. In her free time, you will find her on the soccer field.
