UPDATE- Morgan Hill Case Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
There has been an update to the California Department of Education/Morgan Hill parent association case. Due to a large number of objections regarding sharing student data, the U.S. District court judge ordered the California Department of Education to retain and not share student data. |
